How It Works:
We use BlueNotary as our secure Remote Online Notarization platform, to make your notarization fast, safe, and convenient. Here’s how it works:
- Log In & Verify Your ID – You log in to BlueNotary and provide a government-issued ID. The platform confirms your identity securely.
- Live Video Session – We meet in a live audio/video session so I can witness you signing your documents.
- Sign Your Documents – You electronically sign your documents while I guide you through the process.
- Encrypted Notary Seal & Storage – BlueNotary applies a secure, encrypted notary seal. Your documents are stored safely for years.
- Download & Print – Once complete, you can download and print your notarized documents for your records.

What Does It Cost?
In-Person Notary
- Acknowledgment / Jurat (Oath): $5 per signature
- Mobile / Travel (Kitsap Peninsula): $25 flat fee
Remote Online Notarization (RON)
- Single signature/document: $25
- Multi-signature / multi-document: $40–$50
- RON notarizations are secure, convenient, and valid in all 50 states
Trust & Loan Signing Packages
- Basic trust / POA package: $75
- Loan signing package: $100–$150
- Travel fees added as needed
Evening or weekend appointments may have a small additional fee. All travel fees are disclosed upfront—no surprises.
